The following documents will be required to complete your review. You may download the list HERE in order to forward it to your realtor or other interested party.

  • Condominium bylaws

  • Condominium declaration/ information statement

  • Condominium plan

  • Reserve Fund study/ report

  • Most recent audited statements

  • Most recent monthly financials

  • Current annual budget

  • Current fee schedule

  • Meeting minutes (past 12 months)

  • AGM minutes (Last approved and most recent draft)

  • Insurance policies

  • Condominium rules and regulations

  • SIUD (Standard insurable unit definition)
